Hello! We are seeking a rider (dressage/CT/pony club) who is looking for a very special mount.
We have a very talented sport pony gelding and we are looking to free lease him to the correct person for a 1-multi year lease situation.
Cherokee is VERY special. This is a LOT of horse in a small package. He is extremely intelligent and a quick learner.
This handsome young gelding is 14.2 hh and 4 years old. He has an amazing trot with powerful perpulsion from behind and a lot of lift up front. He has had 45 days under saddle...but don't let that fool you - this boy is well trained even at this beggining stage. With only 10 days under saddle Cherokee was already soft and supple, doing shoulder in/out, side pass etc! He is a people horse and loves attention, very easy going and has a lovely disposition.
We would prefer a rider who is experienced and has shown some levels in dressage or eventing and wants a mount to really turn heads. We feel this little guy has no limits and has the potential to do high levels.
Free lease - you must board at quality facility or have your own. |

FEI Rider Needs Next FEI Horse |

I am looking to lease a PSG or higher horse. I have shown through I-1 and would like a horse to finish my medals on. I have a FEI 6YO, but she's not going to be ready to do PSG for another year or two, so I'd really like a horse to lease that I could show in 2010 and possibly 2011.
I will gladly send videos of me on the 6YO as well as a trained but out of shape horse so you can see my riding. I will also send my resume as well upon request.
I would prefer to keep the horse with my trainer. He is an German Olympic medalist, and has trained horses that have competed in the Pan-Am games.
If it is an on-site lease, I would need the barn to be in the Northeast Ohio area. If you are OK with the horse coming to the NE Ohio area and are not from the area, that would be fine too.
