This young filly is an eyecatcher. She has very elegant gaits and is very sweet, friendly, willing with a big eye. Sire is Wolkenzauber, an Hanoverian paint and dam is a very well bred, big bodied, TB mare. Dam was trained to 2nd level dressage before becoming a broodmare.she has many Hall of Famers on her papers like Bold Ruler, Man O'War, Nasrullah, Tom Fool, Princequillo, Eight Thirty. Look up the sire Wolkenzauber on the net. This filly's full sister was foal of the year for RPSI in '01. This filly is very friendly and will follow you around the pasture all day. She is also well manered. She gets worked with daily and loves it. She loves to jump obstacles in the pasture on her own and has perfect form. She has a natural ability to extend at the trot, just from watching her in the pasture, she should do well for an amature in Dressage. Wenda has a great mind with a desire to please. She has a mellow personanlity, making her a good youth prospect with a unique look. She is an easy keeper and does not show "marish" tendencies. She will not be an alpha mare. She is really a nice girl with potential for someone not looking to go upper level and wants a best friend that is nice enough for competition. I have never seen this filly put her ears back at anyone or another horse. My 11 yr old can very easily handle her.
I have video of her if interested. She is ready to start training. ***Update*** I have a little time to work with Wenda now and have started getting her prepared for a rider. I have her going in full tack and she has accepted it graciously. Never batted an eye when I first tacked her up. I will start ground driving her next. She is such a pretty mover. She will probably only grow to be 15.3. Perfect for a smaller adult or young girl. She is also an extremely easy keeper. |
