Sam is a wonderful confidence building jumper mare suitable for someone moving into the jumpers, or moving up from the lower levels. She has an outstanding tomboyish temperament and a very brave, can-do attitude. NO VICES. She is sound, sane and suitable for an intermediate child or adult rider to go show and win right away. She is so trustworthy that she has been used for advanced jumper lessons with riders on the timid side. But, she is also very quick, agile and careful. Almost a packer up to 3'6", comfortable at courses up to 3'9" and can play at the bigger stuff up to 4'3". Lovely and mellow at shows, does not need prepping. Perfect auto lead changes and well educated on the flat. Has her own motor and likes to go forward, but is also completely adjustable and has a soft mouth. In a consistent program with a well known GP trainer, who just adores her.
With her bravery and athleticism over jumps, excellent mind and solid flatwork foundation, Sam would also make an excellent eventer.
Her owner has started a new career and that is the only reason that she is for sale. She's a wonderful, sweet mare that will bond with her new person. Test rides to serious inquirers are encouraged, she deserves an outstanding home that appreciates her abilities, brain and heart.
