Ready for Intermediaire 1. The dream match for a small rider. Effortless flying changes to 1-tempis. Learn & perform FEI dressage with ease & confidence on this once-in-a-lifetime friend and partner.
We are just now starting piaffe & passage, and she is picking both up very quickly - she is on track to compete Grand Prix next season when she turns 8 years old!
Soft, light, forward, straight, balanced, joyful. Always super sound and healthy, with perfect feet that have never needed shoes.
Minuet began her show career just this season (2009) - and she launched her show career at Prix St. Georges!! We competed at 5 fully rated shows, and qualified (in the Open division) for the California Dressage Society Championships AND the USDF championships!!!
Minuet performed lovely tests at each show, and earned 4 scores in the 60s at Prix St. Georges, including 3 tests at almost 64%. At each venue she was without question the 'darling' of the showgrounds! Moreover, even at her first show, she got right down to business, no spookiness - she couldn't wait to show off.
Minuet also became the 2009 Arabian Horse Association Region II Prix St. Georges Champion, at her first and only Arabian competition.
I've included a photo of Minuet as a foal (she is still just as adorable!!! :)
Watch two beautiful videos about Minuet at the following link, be sure to turn up your sound as the 2009 video is narrated, explaining all about Minuet: youtube.com/user/CatherineGallegos
Minuet is worth between $60,000 - $90,000 (as a sound, young, talented, almost-Grand-Prix horse). However, as not ONE single person has yet come out to try this amazing horse, I will consider best offers $39k and over. :(
