Something very special since she was foaled in 2004, BW-Corabelle gave a strong picture of her destiny early on. She was awarded ISR/Oldenburg N.A. Premium foal award at her inspection at Hilltop Farm, and from there, garnered one champion result after another. Dressage at Devon Oldenburg Champion, Dressage at Devon Filly Champion, Dressage At Devon Reserve Young Horse Champion and Cosequin/USDF Filly Reserve Grand Champion were all bestowed upon this fabulous filly.
BW-Corabelle presents the best of her parentage. The pairing of Blue Waters Farm’s stellar foundation broodmare Ariane with the top dressage stallion Contucci was a near guarantee for success. Ariane has produced only premium foals, including multiple Inspection site Champions, winners and Champion foals and Young Horses at Fair Hill and Devon.. Contucci is year after year one of the top USDF Dressage producing stallions. The first daughter from these two produced BW-Callista, owned by Leslie Valente, who went on to become the first USEF/Markel 4 Year-Old National Dressage Champion in 2006.
Corabelle has been in professional training for the past two years and possesses all the attributes for top sport. Her gaits are correct and expressive, and she is very comfortable to sit. A superb and consistent work ethic make her an excellent prospect for a professional or amateur rider. Corabelle is comfortably working at First Level and has started schooling Second level, with all lateral work introduced. She has competed successfully in the USDF 4 and 5 year old Materiale classes, including Devon. She loves to hack out, travels well and is delightful to handle.
