Feinermint BH (Phoebe) is a gorgeous black and very elegant Hanoverian main studbook mare sired by the famous elite stallion Feiner Stern (Freiherr X Goldstern). See Feiner Stern's picture above - 2nd picture, 2nd row. Her pedigree contains the "G-line" which is reknown as the most important and famous producer of international performance horses in the world both in dressage and jumping. In dressage, these horses are household names: Gifted, Grundstein, Grunox, Gigalo, Graf George, Girogione and Goldstern. Grand Prix and Olympic jumping champions include Gladstone, Everest, Gaylord, Genius, Grand Plaisir, Grandeur and Top Gun. Phoebe has been shown training level dressage and hunters AA. Loves jumping. She's eager to learn and very intelligent. She produced her first gorgeous black foal (see 3rd picture first row) "Coco", registered name "Dor 'l Dor" by Elite Stallion Dacaprio, in June 2011. PHOEBE SCORED AN "8" (= substantially above average) FOR JUMPING ABILITY (SCOPE) at her AHS Mare Inspection in 2010 when she was 2 months pregnant. Great during breeding process (ultrasound, insemination), very fertile (success after first attempt), and very sweet mother. Easy to ride, never stops at fences, incredibly brave. Received Natural Horsemanship training since 2009. Knows to lay down and roll on command, stand on a pedestal with all four feet, and more! She stands patiently for the farrier; very nice hooves; wonderful with veterinarian; great at new places. She's basically bomb proof, and has good manners.

Her yearling filly has qualified for the USDFBC Finals (Sept. 2012)with scores in the mid 70's! She was champion of the yearling fillies class.
Feinermint was back under saddle last summer and made fabulous progress with her 15 year old rider. She showed great enthusiasm to learn new things each day and enjoyed her daily work and play.

UPDATE: Phoebe is currently in training with Jennifer Truett, USDF Bronze Medalist and Rider Biomechanics instructor who trains with Heather Blitz. Phoebe is making great progress every day.
