Bravo has a super pedigree of very successful performance horses!

Gauguin de Lully (born Switzerland, but approved Swedish in 89) was a multi champion at the top levels. Christine Stuckelberger and Gauguin have a long list of top international level accomplishments, including the team silver and individual broze at the 86 Olympics. Gauguin de Lully also was a successful GP jumper. Do a search on him, he was superb!! I also want to mention that Bravo is one of very few approved sires including Gauguin de Lully.

Gauguin passed on his talent to many, one was including Emily Roberston daughter, Heather who took her Gaugiun to Edward Gal to train for a long period of time. You dont take just oridinary horses across the big pond to train with top professionals. LOL This is heather with tons of pics of Maguin, who himself looks much like Gauguin. (Look her up, goggle her she has a website). Heather also short listed for the Canadian team with him as well on this super horse.

There is also Gauguin du Cheval who did very well in the ring and now from a recent email I got from his owner, his babies are doing well too.

Chagall, Sire of Gauguin de Lully is ultimately proven with many approved stallions that also proved their abilties as well. Chapman was one, who himself has a name for himself. Both have very decent BLUP #'s.

Iran (also the sire of the reknown Napeleon who sired those of Vivaldi, Amiral, Gazpon, etc) who himself proved himself high in the BLUP stastics.

Gaspari competed in the 1960-64 Olympics with Hans Wikne and then went on to win the individual gold the later placings later in life of the 2nd placings at the World Championships. Wolfgang Niggli himself favored this line and was noted saying so. Gaspri had several approved sons under his name, all proven to upper levels, most to FEI.

Ideal by Inschallah which most should know so I wont go there.

Bravo's sire, Bugatti.... Bugatti with the Bergamon/Rubinstein/Donnerhall.

Gauguin's Idea, Born in 2000, she was a premium foal and then she was awarded premium mare status in 2003 with the score of 106 points. her scores were 7.5 for breed, mare sex type, walking in hand, and swing & elasticity. She received 7 for head, shoulder & saddle position, frame & topline, forelegs, corretness of gaits and overall impression and development. She received 6 for hindlegs and neck.

She had Bravo in 2004 who scored an amazing 8.9 with 9's for movement and overall impression. Named a stallion prospect at his foal inspection. She then was bred back to Bugatti for another high scoring premium colt named Bravoado. She now is being ridden as a dressage mare.

Isabeau is Gaguin's Idea's mother and a champion premium mare. She was a long time broodmare at the ultimate Piaffe who had numerous premium offspring. She is by Ideal and out of Today's Best XX. Isabeau is noted for her 3 Gaguin de Lully offspring. Gaugin's Ideal (a champion dressage horse ridden by Darryl Purdy) and also Gauguin's Impression. Isabeau is also the full sister to the approved stallion Inbegriff.

Gasparona (1971) is the full sister to the famous US sire Garrant. Dam of Gaguin de Lully who I spoke about in depth in my previous post. She is also the dam of Quai de Lully who was an international eventer but also an advanced upper level dressage horse and Lic. in Switzerland. She is also the dam of Grain de Lully who is dam to lic. son Goya de Lully.

She is the dam of lic. stallions Chagall by Utrillo (sire of Gauguin de Lully) and Vageur/Vagabond and Ibsen by Brabant a successful sire of dressage horses. The dam of broodmares Sofi, Premium A went on to 3rd level dressage; Variette,Diploma mare, best 3 yr. old mare in Sweden 1970, Premium A, 3rd level dressage; Elaine, Diploma mare, selected to the National show for 3 yr.olds, dam of stallion Brando; Eliza, Diploma mare and best regional 3 yr. old. dam of stallion Elizar who was sire of famous dressage sire May Sherif.
