He is a very nice, sweet, people oriented Ster gelding and is currently in TOP TOP condition, showing and earning points in 4th level competition! He is a real dressage schoolmaster, there are NO other friesians with points in ZZ light that are for sale, that we know of! Having points in ZZ Light PROVES this STER gelding is competing and scoring well at 4th level. And Laurens is EASY and uncomplicated, appropriate for even a novice or timid rider.
And it doesn't stop there...He is a sweetheart of a horse. He LOVES to be loved.
There are just no other FRIESIANS competing at ZZ-light in dressage with 12 points and already training for Prix St George, that are available for your consideration. He competes primarily against warmbloods, and consistently comes out on top!
This gelding and he enjoys his job. He has never been ill or lame a day in his life, and he comes with a thorough pre-purchase exam, and a set of clean x-rays!
He had so many points on his IBOP test he received an "A "rating, which is the highest a horse can get!! This is a friesian with IMPRESSIVE MOVEMENT and a particularly outstanding canter, and flying changes and canter pirouettes to die for. His former rider has been quoted as stating he is the "best horse she has ever had in her possession".
This is a RARE find, a STER gelding that has points in 4th level dressage, AND just recently was declared Champion ZZ Light of all Friesians!!! This boy does tempi changes in his sleep and we showed him at the Grand Nationals just 10 days after he arrived from Europe, in November of 2006 and Laurens was Reserve 3rd Level Dressage National Champion, AND Dressage Show Hack Grand Champion, Amateur Rider!!!
