Classical Dancer HW is sired by Caprimond. 52 stallions from Caprimond bloodlines have been licensed veering not only Germany, but also worldwide. At the stud An der Sommerlade you will find Tanzmeister II, Donaufels, Chronist, Donauzar, Krönungswalzer, his sire Titelheld as well as Sauvignon. In Oldenburg Canaster (breeding index 2005: 137/91) the winner of advanced dressage tests already provided internationally successful horses. Caprigold - meanwhile covering in Austria - became champion stallion at Brandenburg licensing and derives from the same bloodline as Poetin, i.e. he is "uncle" of the "million mare", thus, half-brother of the dam of Poetin who became championess at the World's Championship for Young Dressage Horses. Caprimond:
Classical Dancer HW's dam is by the Hanoverian stallion, Weltmeister. He was the sire of 34 licensed stallion sons, and 56 State Premium mares. He was also the sire of Robert Dover's Grand Prix dressage representative Walzertakt and Gerd Wiltfang's showjumper, Warum 10. The Weltmeister son, Westminster, sired Franke Sloothaak's showjumping star, Weihaiwej. Weltmeister's sire, Wedekind was the leading son of the famous Ferdinand. Weltmeister's dam, Domdoro is by Don Carlos, the sire of 43 State Premium winners and 24 licensed stallions. The Don Carlos son, Dynamo, sired Dollar Girl, Nick Skelton's showjumping sensation.

Classical Dancer HW is a very attractive gentleman with supple and elastic movements. He is equipped with superb gaits, where his walk is one of the many highlights, always in a super clean rhythm, with good overstride and ground covering forward movement. He has a very active hind leg, which enables him to shine in the trot and to sit in the canter. He has a free shoulder, fancy front leg movement and he barley touches the ground. He is light in the bridle, easy to sit and very safe.
This gelding does come with the best competition bloodlines, gaits, brains, character and is the total package. Classical Dancer HW is super rideable and willing. He loves to please his handler and rider, to learn new things is his hobby. He eagerly works under saddle. He is all concentrated on his work in the dressage arena and with his quick hind leg, passage and piaffe will come naturally to him. You will be the star in the FEI classes and at clinics. He is solidly trained and you can continue up the levels with him, no known vices at all.
He stands for the farrier, loads and appreciates grooming time. He cross ties as well as he loves his shower. Classical Dancer HW is as sweet as a puppy dog, but with the attitude of a real gentleman. E-mail or call if you have more questions.
