Desdemona SQF is an exquisitely refined filly who will probably mature to 16 or 16.1 hands. She was best described at her foal inspection by Suzanne Quarels, longtime chair of the American Hanoverian Breeding Committee: "This is a filly by Damsey out of a Sandro Hit mare…. She is extremely feminine, delicate, very refined. A very pretty neck which got even better when she moved. You can see it is a nice neck to set in your hand as a riding horse. Her movement: she bounces off the ground like a little rubber ball. Very elastic, very uphill, and very, very refined. Thank you."
