Séance has accomplished every task we have given her: praised by the Hanoverian
judges when presented as a weanling, grew up beautifully, started under saddle, got
pregnant easily (frozen semen), passed her Hanoverian studbook inspection and
under saddle test like a champ, and produced a lovely little filly in the spring of 2011.
Exactly what else could we ask?
Since her sweet baby was weaned in August, 2011 Seance has been back working
under saddle with our trainer, Maya Sniadecky. Seance has three absolutely
EXCELLENT gaits and a sweet, cooperative disposition. She is, however, insecure
under saddle and needs a confident rider. NO, this is not code for psychotic! As an
example, when she is out in the covered arena working by herself, she is worried
and uncomfortable. When 13 eventers moved into the barn for the winter season,
she was happy as a clam. Go figure.
Seance carries the very best bloodlines on this planet, and is superbly suited as a
