Atacha: 2005 KWPN filly - Metall(Olympic Ferro) x Olympic Ahorn x Farrington. Mahogany bay with a star, 4 flashy white socks and loaded with talented movement. Atacha is tall, correct and has a strong topline. She is very beautiful and knows it! She loves to move and it comes so natural for her. She uses her body very effectively when she moves and is light-footed. She also loves attention and is always there with her head over the fence waiting.

Atacha's sire, Metall, had the highest index of all KWPN stallions in Holland in 2002. This year in the NA/WPN DG BAR Cup (equivalent to the PAVO Cup in Holland) the best horse was a Metall. The four year old Metall gelding received 86.5 points with nines for walk and canter. It is quoted in the magazine Horse International that this Metall gelding “would have been a horse ridden by Willy Arts in the final of the PAVO Cup if the gelding had competed there. Three wonderful, well balanced, very scopey gaits and a leggy type are all the ingredients that could make this nice bay a real dressage superstar”.

Atacha's dam, Sacha, is a PROK mare by the legendary and now deceased stallion, Olympic Ahorn and out of a Keur Farrington mare. Atacha's dam was imported in 2003 from Holland after much searching for the best.

With Atacha’s breeding you are getting some of the best of Dutch breeding, Ferro and G.Ramiro Z from Metall, Nimmerdor (Dutch stallion of the century) and Ladykiller from Ahorn, Wellington and prized dressage stallion Doruto from Farrington. The next in line is Heidelberg and he had the distinction of being the youngest stallion to achieve a Keur predicate through sport in 1976 with the KWPN. Then after that you have the very famous Amor in there as well. Atacha’s lineage is loaded and it definitely shines through on this amazing filly.
